Our phone lines will automatically transfer your call to the main surgery when our branch surgery is closed. If you have ordered a prescription at our branch surgery, please make sure you collect your prescription during opening times or ask a receptionist to forward your prescription to your dedicated pharmacy for you to collect from there.

When you telephone out of hours, all cases are triaged and a decision made whether the caller requires contact with / advice given by a Doctor or to have their details forwarded to the GP out of hours service, which is responsible to the ABM Health Board.
The GP Out of Hours Service operates an appointment based service from a separate section of the A & E department at Bridgend, Neath Port Talbot and Morriston Hospital. The Primecare team will either:
